Whether you participate in Simpay's healthcare plans or opt for supplemental care or have insurance through another provider, you have access to telehealth and nutritional programs that help you get the care you need, when and where you want it.

Telehealth using the Simpay Health Plan Participation

If you're taking advantage of Simpay's healthcare plans, you have access to Teledoc.

The easiest way for you to access Teladoc is to log in to your Meritain account at https://www.meritain.com/. You can visit Teladoc.com and register with their insurance information. Once registered, Teladoc has an app you can download to your phone for easier access. 

For those in the QHDHP Base Plan - Teladoc visits are covered at 100% after your deductible has been met. For those in either the POS Deductible Middle Plan or the POS Deductible High Plan - Teladoc visits are free. 

Telehealth Though LLH & Recuro Health

Live Life Healthy offers supplemental healthcare coverage that includes virtual primary and emergency care, prescription coverage, and more. Simpayans access their plans and gain access to key information through a convenient online dashboard.

You have access to 24/7 virtual online care for treatment of common medical concerns. You'll connect with an urgent care doctor through an app when you need to see a doctor. Best of all, your access to urgent care solutions is at zero out of pocket costs to you.

HUSK Nutrition

HUSK Nutrition, is an exciting benefit for ALL Simpayans that provides virtual access to Registered Dietitians, covered at no cost to the employee!

On the Aetna plan: You may be eligible to meet with a Registered Dietitian at least 10 times per year if you have certain medical diagnoses - HUSK will verify eligibility during your first, complimentary visit. Spouses and dependents are eligible to participate as well!

On another plan: You can meet with a Registered Dietitian at no cost for an initial consultation, and HUSK will verify insurance coverage for additional visits. ALL employees have access to at least one visit at no cost.

You can even earn points for completing activities within the Husk Nutrition app! As you complete the activities, the number of points earned will display in the app and you can redeem points for healthy living products like a biometric scale, wearable devices and more, based on the number of points and associated tier. Activities include: 

1. Completing or confirming your profile and insurance 

2. Linking a device/app in biometric and activity tracking

3. Meeting with a Registered Dietitian
