Plan Your CTO (charitable time off)

Every Simpayan gets a whole day (8 hours) each year of paid time off to volunteer, giving you the chance to spend a day making a positive difference in your community. To enjoy the Charitable Time Off benefit (CTO), just make sure you've been with us for at least a year.

Remember, the CTO doesn't roll over, so be sure to use it before your work anniversary each year.
