Each Simpayan is allocated 1 full day (8 hours) annually of paid time off for volunteering, allowing you to take a day to give back to your community and make a difference in the lives of others. In order to be eligible for the Charitable Time Off benefit (CTO), you must have been employed for at least one year. Remember, the CTO doesn't accrue or rollover, so make sure to use it each year before your work anniversary.
Simply coordinate your volunteering plans in advance with the Human Resources Team to make the most of this wonderful benefit. It's an easy and rewarding way to contribute to the causes that mean the most to you.
Time off rollover policies may differ from Simpay's Standard policy based on the state or local laws in your area and all PTO requests should be submitted via your online employee portal.
