Why Simpay? Why Now?

Nathan J. Moore discusses what excites him about Simpay, and why sales professionals should consider joining Simpay.

Why I chose Simpay?

In our industry, businesses typically fall into three categories: publicly traded, private equity-backed, or privately owned. At this stage in my career, I wanted to be part of a privately owned company—one that isn’t dictated by Wall Street or controlled by private equity investors focused solely on financial returns. Simpay stood out because of its entrepreneurial mindset and long-term vision.

Another major factor was Simpay’s commitment to empowering sales professionals. Many companies delay or restrict vesting, but Simpay allows reps to vest from day one, giving them true ownership of their success. This industry changed my life, and I want others to experience the same long-term rewards.

Simpay's financial strength gives us the freedom to make long-term decisions. The leadership team’s vision, Josh Elsass' direction, and Lazaros Kalemis' foundation made it clear this was the right place to build something meaningful. Simpay’s use of EOS principles also aligns with my approach to scaling a high-performing sales organization.

Why should a salesperson consider working with Simpay?

Simpay isn’t just another sales organization—it’s a place where sales professionals can build a real career. What sets us apart:

  • Strong Compensation & Stability – Hard work is rewarded and backed by a structure designed for longevity.
  • Vesting from Day One – Sales reps immediately vest, securing the long-term value of their efforts.
  • A Culture of SupportOngoing coaching, training, and mentorship ensure our reps have the tools to succeed.
  • Growth Opportunities – A clear path for advancement, in both earnings and leadership roles.
  • Real Solutions That Matter – We provide businesses with valuable solutions, making it easier to sell with confidence.
  • Privately Owned = Stability & Vision – No Wall Street pressure or private equity-driven short-term decisions. Leadership focuses on long-term growth.

For those looking for more than just a job, Simpay provides the support, structure, and opportunity to thrive.

What should a salesperson expect from Simpay?

It's been my experience that many sales professionals struggle with uncertainty, whether from inconsistent commissions, lack of leadership support, or constant corporate changes. Sales is a difficult enough profession without those added stresses. Simpay eliminates these issues by offering:

  • A Clear, Predictable SystemSales reps know exactly what’s expected and how to succeed.
  • Immediate Vesting – Many sales professionals work hard to build residuals but never truly own what they’ve earned. Simpay changes that by ensuring reps vest from day one.
  • True Leadership & Mentorship – Unlike companies that claim to support their teams, Simpay prioritizes coaching and development.
  • Solutions That Sell Themselves – We provide real value to businesses, making it easier for reps to close deals.

By removing these obstacles, Simpay allows sales professionals to focus on selling and building lasting relationships.

What excites you about the future?

What excites me most is the opportunity to build something lasting and transformative. Simpay has the right leadership, vision, and solutions—now it’s about execution.

I’m passionate about building a culture of excellence. And that requires developing future sales leaders and fostering an environment where reps thrive on ownership, accountability, and success. A team that exceeds expectations consistently is what everyone, from leadership to the newest sales professional looking to start their career, really wants. One clear way Simpay shows its commitment to building a thriving sales organization is with immediate vesting & true ownership. Sales professionals deserve to own what they build from day one.

This industry changed my life, and I want others to experience that same life-changing success. This isn’t just about growing a sales team—it’s about creating a culture where careers are built, success is earned, and hard work is rewarded.
